Leadership of people and culture: Recruit, support, and retain excellent faculty and staff while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, belonging, and professional growth.
Operational and financial stewardship: Provide disciplined oversight of finance, operations, risk management, and resource allocation to sustain the school’s independence, effectiveness, and long-term health.
Enrollment and community confidence: Serve as the school’s leading ambassador to families and the wider community, strengthening trust, communicating clearly, and supporting sustained enrollment demand.
Board partnership and governance support: Work closely with the Board of Trustees to support sound governance, informed decision-making, and an effective distinction between governance and management.
