Position:
Join our vibrant school community as a Middle School English Teacher! As a candidate, you should be passionate, intelligent, and creative, with exceptional skills in middle school pedagogy and a deep understanding of content knowledge in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a positive and engaging classroom environment that fosters student motivation and achievement.
Build strong relationships with students, families, and fellow faculty members.
Take ownership of student progress with a high sense of urgency, working towards quantifiable results.
Create and deliver creative lessons that align with our curriculum, goals, and objectives.
Collaborate with colleagues in various capacities, including planning, evaluating student growth, mentoring, and peer observations.
Utilize assessments, classroom performance, and other tools to monitor student progress and drive instruction.
Actively participate in ongoing professional development to enhance instructional leadership skills.
Contribute to fulfilling the school's mission to educate the whole child—mind, body, and spirit.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field preferred
Middle School teaching experience
Background check clearance
Capacity for self-reflection and engagement in a professional community committed to continued excellence
Ability to establish and maintain productive, collaborative relationships
Understanding of child development and the role of Social/Emotional learning in positive educational environments
