Position:
Join our vibrant school community as a Middle School English Teacher! As a candidate, you should be passionate, intelligent, and creative, with exceptional skills in middle school pedagogy and a deep understanding of content knowledge in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a positive and engaging classroom environment that fosters student motivation and achievement.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and fellow faculty members.
- Take ownership of student progress with a high sense of urgency, working towards quantifiable results.
- Create and deliver creative lessons that align with our curriculum, goals, and objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues in various capacities, including planning, evaluating student growth, mentoring, and peer observations.
- Utilize assessments, classroom performance, and other tools to monitor student progress and drive instruction.
- Actively participate in ongoing professional development to enhance instructional leadership skills.
- Contribute to fulfilling the school's mission to educate the whole child—mind, body, and spirit.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field preferred
- Middle School teaching experience
- Background check clearance
- Capacity for self-reflection and engagement in a professional community committed to continued excellence
- Ability to establish and maintain productive, collaborative relationships
- Understanding of child development and the role of Social/Emotional learning in positive educational environments
