Toddler Teacher – Bemidji As a teacher you’ll help develop the classroom environment; you’ll plan and implement daily activities and assessments; you’ll observe and record child development and behaviors; and you’ll work side-by-side with a teacher’s assistant, an aide and volunteers in the classroom. You’ll need a minimum of a Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA); or a 2- or 4-year degree in Early Childhood Education; or a degree in a related field, with early childhood teaching experience.
