Just over 3,000 students attended classes that first semester; by 2014, NC enrollment had more than tripled. In that same period, the College's full-time faculty grew sevenfold. In 1991, Norco College joined Moreno Valley College as the state’s 112th and 111th California community colleges, respectively. Norco College offers over eighty majors offering certificates, degrees, industry credentials, and free short-term certificates. Norco College serves the cities of Norco, Corona, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, and Temescal Valley.
