Position Title: Senior Research Specialist

Position Summary:

• Assist with subject recruitment and retention. 
• Prepare Institutional Review Board protocols and other study materials (e.g., consents, questionnaires). 
• Conduct studies (e.g., run parents/children through study procedures). 
• Enter data in statistical analysis programs. 
• Conduct literature searches. 
• Attend regular research meetings. 
• Assist in data cleaning and analysis and in preparation of manuscripts for publication. 
• Oversee other study team members including undergraduate research assistants.

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.A. or B.S. degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Nutrition, Public Health, Child Development, Biomedical Sciences, etc. 
•  Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and internet. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Nutrition, Public Health, or other health or human behavior-related field. 
• One or two years' experience in patient/participant contact, data collection, and data analysis, study coordination and in supervision/management.
