Bunny Hill Preschool, an early childhood education center and a sister school with Gantry View School, is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Education Director to lead our educational programs and initiatives.
Bunny Hill is a renowned program with a Reggio Emilia based foundation and continues to set the standard for excellence. The focus of the program is to provide a life-long love of learning. Our staff is made of loving and dedicated teachers who understand each child’s needs. They are highly qualified childhood educators who are able to use their creativity and Child Development awareness as the basis for unique lesson plans that are brought to life in a fun and imaginative way.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education administration and strategic planning, with the ability to manage resources effectively and inspire a team. This role is crucial in shaping the educational landscape of our organization, ensuring that we provide high-quality learning experiences for all students.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.
Oversee the administration of educational policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations with DOHMH.
Manage budgets effectively to allocate resources for various educational initiatives.
Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Conduct regular assessments of educational programs to evaluate effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including faculty, parents, and community members, to enhance educational offerings.
Stay informed about current trends in education and integrate best practices into program development.

Certified in Early Childhood Education or Childhood Education
