The School in Rose Valley (SRV) is seeking to hire a Lead Teacher for third and fourth grades for the fall of 2025. This is a unique opportunity to work for one of the oldest progressive schools in the United States and be part of a collaborative and supportive community.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree, three years of successful teaching experience, and a strong understanding of child development and elementary education. Ideal candidates will have an understanding of, and passion for, progressive philosophy and practice. The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff, parents, and the public, is essential.
