We are receiving applications for Toddler Lead and Associate Teachers for the 2025-2026 school year.
Position Summary
The Toddler Teacher creates a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for children ages 2 to 3.6 years. The teacher supports toddlers’ social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play-based, developmentally appropriate activities while maintaining compliance with Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) regulations.
Qualifications
Must have a B.A. degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements for Toddler Teacher certification.
At least 2 years of experience working with children under age 3.
Strong understanding of toddler development, guidance strategies, and play-based learning.
Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
