Small Savers Montessori Child Development Center, a progressive Washington D.C. school for children from infanthood to preschool is seeking a dedicated leader for the crucial position of Executive Director. This leadership position offers the opportunity to build cohesion around the American Montessori Society (AMS) curriculum while fostering a culture that extends beyond that of a daycare center and is very much a school for early learners. The school seeks leader who will uphold their commitment to the Montessori approach to education as innovative and child-centered.
The Executive Director serves as the chief executive and educational leader of Small Savers responsible for building the school community, sustaining the school’s enrollment strength, and developing and retaining the school’s faculty to ensure its commitment to the holistic development of every student in a nurturing environment. This role involves strategic planning, administration, and community leadership, guided by the mission and values of the school.
