FACULTY VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The Education and Academic Literacy Department seeks to hire Adjunct Lecturers or Adjunct Assistant Professors with the ability to teach courses in Secondary Education, Childhood Education, Early Childhood Education, Infant and Toddler Programs, Special Education, Bi-Lingual Education, Fieldwork Supervision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in their respective area and be available for students on a regular weekly basis. Day, evening, weekend, and distance learning classes may be assigned as needed by the department. Professional development may be assigned for new instructors as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
For Adjunct Assistant Professor:
Ph.D. or equivalent in area(s) of expertise.State Certification Preferred, and the ability to teach successfully.
For Adjunct Lecturer:
Bachelor's degree in area(s) of expertise, Master???s degree preferred, State Certification Preferred, and the ability to teach successfully.
COMPENSATION
For Adjunct Lecturer
$91.67 - $96.47 an hour
For Adjunct Assistant Professor
$100.00 - $104.32 an hour
