Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients, including newborns, infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of medical conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
Wellness Promotion: Educate parents and caregivers on child development, nutrition, immunizations, and preventive care. Encourage healthy lifestyle choices to promote long-term well-being.
Physical Examinations: Conduct thorough physical examinations, growth assessments, and developmental screenings. Monitor and track patient growth and milestones.
Vaccinations: Administer vaccines and ensure that patients are up-to-date with recommended immunization schedules.
Diagnosis and Treatment: Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Patient Counseling: Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and health management strategies. Offer emotional support and guidance.
Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare providers, specialists, and support staff to coordinate care and ensure the comprehensive well-being of pediatric patients.

Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Eligible or Board certification in Pediatrics.
State medical license and DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) registration.
Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pediatric residency training.
CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain).
