Southfield School seeks an experienced professional to lead the Preschool program which serves 120+ preschool students ages 2-5. The Preschool Director reports directly to the Head of School and is responsible for the successful daily operation of a developmentally appropriate child-centered program. This is a full-time, 12-month position that will begin on July 1, 2024. Primary Responsibilities: Demonstrate a deep understanding of child development. Provide an inspiring, nurturing, and safe environment for all students, faculty, and parents. Establish a unified workplace where colleagues are respectful, cooperative, and helpful.
