Occupational Therapist
Job Duties: The CDSA Occupational Therapist (OT) provides evaluations and specialized treatment services for infants and toddlers as well as provides consultation to a variety of provider agencies in the catchment area. The OT works with the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) team to develop appropriate service plans with outcomes and services to address child and family needs. The OT works with children with developmental disabilities which range from mild to quite complex and severe. This position recommends appropriate adaptive equipment and completes paperwork for funding sources for adaptive equipment.The complex work assignments of the OT require considerable knowledge, competence, teaching
