Position Summary:

• Ensures accurate and timely input and management of interview, survey and focus group data.
• Recruits potential participants, and obtaining informed consent in clinical and community settings.
• Conducts interviews and focus groups.
• Assists with data collection, basic analysis and preparation of abstracts and manuscripts with supervision.
• Understands and adheres to Rutgers' compliance standards as they appear in RBHS's Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Rutgers' undergraduate/ graduate student.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have computer experience including excel.
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing with children and adults.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency and working knowledge of database and reporting tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to speak Spanish desired.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Standing, sitting, walking, talking or hearing. No special vision requirements. Must be able to lift or exert force up to 25 pounds.

• WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office environment. Moderate noise.

Salary: $15 per hour for 25-30 hours per week
