The Country Day School is seeking an Assistant Head of School beginning July 1, 2025. The Assistant Head of School will collaborate with the leadership team and have curricular and supervisory responsibilities as one of the school’s educational leaders. The Assistant Head will be tasked with developing systems and structures to support the long-term goals of the Head of School and Board of Trustees. The ideal candidate is an individual who is passionate about early childhood education and the School’s mission; possesses an unwavering commitment to teacher excellence; and is committed to fostering relationships with and among Country Day’s various constituencies. The Assistant Head must be a community builder, balanced against practical and pragmatic responsibilities to
