Job Summary: Trinity Preschool of Berwyn is seeking an Executive Director to lead its vibrant and inclusive preschool community. This full-time position, Monday through Friday, involves overseeing all aspects of the preschool’s academic and nonacademic programs. The Executive Director will cultivate a collaborative and nurturing environment by fostering strong partnerships among students, teachers, parents, and administration. Responsibilities include strategic planning, program development, and ensuring the highest standards of early childhood education and care.   Staffing • Lead and empower the team of teachers, assistant teachers, and staff in their respective roles. • Recruit, hire, and train staff to fill vacant positions. • Observe and evaluate
