Auxiliary Programs Manager A full-time twelve-month benefits-eligible leadership position NPES is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, energetic, optimistic, collaborative, and culturally responsive leader to manage and strengthen the operations of our After Care, Days-Off, Sleep under Saturdays (1x monthly), Summer’s Cool, and daily lunch programs, while lending staff support as needed (particularly in July and August when school maintains summer hours without students on campus). The Auxiliary Programs Manager recruits, supervises and evaluates a team of about six part-time Aftercare Associates who provide childcare after school and on select days when school is not in session, meets weekly with the Head of School, and works closely with our
