SMMUSD is seeking an experienced educator for the position of Assistant Director, Child Development Services. This position assists in the planning, coordination and direction of district child development services, including an Infant/Toddler Center, preschools and after-school programs. The Assistant Director will provide instructional program design, implement and monitor compliance, and recruit and evaluate faculty and staff. The ideal candidate has work experience in preschool through early grades, serves in a supervisory capacity, displays strong management skills, demonstrates knowledge of current early childhood education, and is able to lead successful professional development. 220 days/year.  Deadline:   Tuesday, February 18, 2025, 12:00 noon.
