We are seeking a Cognitive and Behavioral Tester who will be fully trained and certified to administer the Bayley-4 developmental assessment at the time of hire.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
Administer the Bayley-4 developmental assessment.
This person will be asked to administer this assessment to participants at a research study visit, scheduled according to the study protocol timeline for the Healthy Brain and Child Development (HBCD) Study.
Once the administration is complete the tester will communicate with the parent any concerns and provide information on how to follow-up with providers.
This person will also complete any data entry or quality control needs for the Bayley-4 as required by the protocol.
This person may also be trained to administer the NIH Baby Toolbox and conduct the assessment during a research study visit for HBCD, as time allows.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Preferred Qualifications
Already fully trained and certified to administer the Bayley-4 assessment.
A Master?s level or higher.
Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English languages.
