Hyde Park Pediatrics is currently seeking a Board-Certified (BC) or Board-Eligible (BE) Pediatrician to join our well-established, patient-centered pediatric practice in Boston, Massachusetts. Our team is composed of six MDs, two Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (PNPs), and two Behavioral Health Clinicians. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality care to a diverse patient population and their families, focusing on both preventive and acute care for children from birth to age 21 years. We are part of the Pediatric Physicians’ Organization at Children’s (PPOC), a network of independent pediatric practices affiliated with Boston Children’s Hospital.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits, urgent and same-day care, and weekend/holiday urgent care. 

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions, from routine checkups to common childhood illnesses. 

• Partner with parents and families to provide education on child development, health maintenance, and disease prevention. 

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including PNPs and Behavioral Health Clinicians, to ensure coordinated and holistic care. 

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with patients and families in a compassionate, culturally competent manner. 

• Participate in the practice’s on-call rotation for weekend and holiday urgent care (no hospital or newborn rounding required). 

• Document patient care and treatment plans in the electronic medical record (Epic). 

Qualifications: 

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school. 

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics. 

• Active Massachusetts Medical License (or ability to obtain). 

• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team. 

• Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and families.
