Part-time position responsible for teaching Continuing Education Child Care related courses.

Instructors should have experience teaching and have an expert knowledge in Early Childhood Education.  Instructors will be required to complete all forms and documentation related to the course and all documentation required by the college.

Instructors must have career experience, knowledge and skills appropriate to the field of Child Care.

Pay rate for non-credit courses in Continuing Education are commensurate with education and experience qualifications.  Please see scales posted on our website.

Academic and/or professional expertise in Child Care, Child Development and/or teaching

90 hours in Child Development and Curriculum.

Successful participate in the state of Maryland's 6-tiered credentialing system at a level 4 or higher. Annually have completed a minimum of 12 hours of MSDE approved training, Bachelor's degree preferred

Ability to work in a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend assignments
