The School Aide assists with operation tasks in an early childhood school. The incumbent ensures social, emotional, physical, and educational needs of children are met within the framework of the school's philosophy. The School Aide assists in problem solving with teaching teams and administrators to address school or child needs. The incumbent works in a flexible, collaborative, and research-based environment with hours being 8-5 or 8:30-5:30 daily with an hour break.
