Lead, plan, and implement an Early Childhood education program for the Hiersteiner Child Development Center (HCDC) for a designated group of young children to support a positive learning environment for college students, faculty/staff, and community members and serve as a resource to the JCCC community.

Requires an Associate's Degree and 0-3 years of relevant experience.
Must complete 16 hours of Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) approved in-service hours are required annually (HCDC will assist in providing training hours).
Required certifications and pre-employment verifications: Active Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR, Health Assessment and TB Test, Child Development, Signs and Symptoms of Illness, Child Abuse and Neglect Mandated Reporting, Fingerprint Based Background Check. (HCDC will assist in obtaining required certifications within the first 30 days of employment)
