Position OverviewThe Institute of Child Development, University of Minnesota, is seeking a post-doctoral associate to conduct research under the scope of Global Health Disparities. The candidate will be working on projects examining developmental outcomes among African immigrant children and adolescents. Specifically, the work will involve training in developmental science, community-based participatory research (CBPR) methods, mixed method designs, health equity/disparities, and stress physiology, with goals of understanding how cultural stressors are experienced and relate to biological, behavioral, and mental health outcomes.The ideal candidate will have experience working with African youth either in Africa or in the U.S. This person will have had several
