Job Summary: The Child Development Lab (CDL) is a relationship-based program with a strong emphasis on inquiry as a framework and play-based educational learning. The 4K teacher works collaboratively with their co-teacher to carry out all requirements of 4K programming. The 4K teacher must be able to build foundational trusting and respectful relationships, plan engaging and developmentally appropriate activities and assess children's development to meet the needs of the group as well as individual children.
