Developmental Specialist
Functions as a Developmental Specialist (DS) in the Nisonger Center's Early Childhood Program providing early intervention services to children aged 6 weeks-36 months of age who have a developmental delay or medical diagnosis that puts them at risk for developing a delay; develops intervention plans by applying evidence-based practices to work with child's caregivers to increase the child's opportunities for full participation in daily routines across a range of natural environments with the goal of enhancing and promoting the child's healthy development across area including physical cognitive communication social-emotional and self-help;
