Responsible for developing, managing, and overseeing the operations of the child develop­ment and family support services for the Division of Children and Family Services and the County Head Start program. Performs administrative and supervisory work and develops the structure, systems, and procedures to deliver comprehensive child development services provided by the County Head Start program. Manages and oversees the County’s contracts for various early childhood developmental programs and related services.
