Interpersonal Development Manager- Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development
Job Summary: The KPICD Interpersonal Development Manager is responsible for furthering the strategic vision of the Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development (KPICD) by overseeing activities to support interpersonal development (ID) among trainees of the Karyn Purvis Institute, mentoring and supervising Interpersonal Development Specialists, and working collaboratively with the Associate Director of Training and Consultation to build and support an ID team that prepares and equips trainees for success in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) training and implementation.
