Preschool Director
Spring Hollow Early Learning Center is searching for a full-time Director beginning in the Summer of 2024. This is a 12-month salaried position. The candidate’s philosophy of early childhood must align with the Reggio-Emilia approach of Spring Hollow Early Learning Center, supporting child-led emergent curriculum, social-emotional learning, artistic expression, and extensive outdoor play, as well as encouraging a community of joy and collaboration. Our small non-profit school requires a director who is passionate, hard working, committed, creative, and thrives in a collaborative environment. The director will work closely alongside the two classroom teachers, an assistant teacher, the Board of Directors, as well as the 40 families.
