Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Mental Health Specialist II for the Child and Adolescent Services – South Brunswick School Based Program within Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care. The primary purpose of the Mental Health Specialist II is to participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team offering comprehensive youth development activities, case management, and supportive counseling to students in the South Brunswick School District. Among the key duties of this position are the following:Takes initiative in engaging students and family members in a tactful manner.Assists clients in effectively managing crises.Responds with clinical flexibility to
