Casady School is seeking a Primary Division Teacher for the 2024-25 school year. Candidates should have a background in and/or enthusiasm for the Montessori approach, and an abiding passion for teaching and creating a culture of belonging for every student in the classroom and in the larger school community.

Collaborate with a team to prepare daily lesson plans that are developmentally appropriate for both age and skill level
Provide structure through positive classroom management in order to foster confidence, creativity, and learning
Assist during lunch, playground time, and/or carpool
Participate in curriculum development, grade-level activities, and school-wide functions
Support and adhere to administration and school-wide policies
Bachelor’s Degree - Early Childhood Education preferred
Montessori Certification or willingness to pursue Montessori Certification through an approved program
Deep understanding of child development and best practices in education
Ability to utilize technology to enhance student learning
Positive, proactive, and clear communication style with colleagues, students, and parents
