Maret seeks a skilled and dedicated first grade homeroom teacher substitute to shadow and support the lead teacher of a class of twelve from Thursday, January 3 – Friday, January 26, 2024 and then take over as the sole teacher of the class from Monday, January 29 – Friday March 22, 2024. The homeroom teacher’s responsibilities are to teach language arts, math, and social studies. They work closely with their grade-level partner, the lower school math specialist, and the lower school learning/reading specialist to implement the first grade program using best practices.
