University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB ('UEC') supports the university's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We're responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.
Position Summary
Temporary, full time non-exempt, benefited position through 6/30/2024 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).
Salary: $4,506.58-$5,000.67 per month
Location: San Bernardino
Program Summary:
The mission of ICDFR is to serve the needs of children and families in the local region through applied research, education, and service. Currently, our faculty oversee active funded partnerships with First 5, San Bernardino County Schools, SBC Foster Youth Services, SBC Homeless Youth Services, and the Department of Education. CSUSB is a Hispanic Serving Institution with approximately 80% first-generation college students. Work Schedule
40 hours per week (specific days and times to be determined); schedule may require working irregular hours including evenings, weekends, but typically Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Typical Activities
Under minimal supervision of the ICDFR Director, the Project Analyst will work independently to:
Schedule, coordinate, and track assessment schedules.
Provide all assessors with assignment details including location, date, and teacher information.
Review data entry for compliance.
Participate in state level training and meetings related to the assessment tools and stay abreast of changes to the tools and training requirements.
Contribute to new development, including informal assessments and data entry procedures.
Participate in the training of new staff.
Attend meetings and at times lead meetings with project leads (e.g., check-in meetings).
Assist and support related ICDFR projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: BA in child development or related field.
Experience: Experience in childcare programs. Familiarity with QRIS systems and ERS assessment. Ability to qualify as certified trainer in CLASS

Ability to work with a diverse population including communication with people from diverse cultures, ethnic backgrounds, socio-economic levels, and educational levels.
Be skilled in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction.
Write clear and concise reports.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Handle multiple work priorities, organize work projects, and complete them in a timely manner.
Strong oral and facilitation skills.
Have knowledge of operating standard office equipment and computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and database management.
Possess willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed and to travel based on program needs.
Preferred Qualifications
MA in child development or related field
Knowledge of and experience in teaching developmentally appropriate practices
Experience with early childhood education settings
