Job Summary: The Babys First Years (BFY) study is a first-of-its-kind randomized controlled trial focused on understanding the causal impact of providing an unconditional cash transfer to low-income mothers during their children's early years. Now entering its fifth year, the BFY team seeks a research analyst to join our interdisciplinary team. Research analysts will use a variety of advanced statistical methods common in the social sciences to analyze study data, including longitudinal survey data, administrative data, and direct child assessment data. This position will take the lead on conducting analyses based on team needs and requests as well as to support study publications and presentations.In addition to b
