Position Summary Seeking qualified candidate as a childcare assistant to work with children at the Michigan State University Child Development Laboratory in the Department of Human Development and Family Studies.  Basic Functions are to provide care, education, and oversight in a classroom setting, according to state licensing and credentialing requirements, in order to ensure quality care of children (infants and toddlers).  Unit Specific Education/Experience/Skills Knowledge normally acquired by completing specialized training such as that acquired in one year of college, technical, vocational or trade school; six months to one year of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in providing child care; or an equivalent combination
