Job Description Summary:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Child Development; Early Childhood Education or closely related field or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Minimum of one year experience working with children under six in a high quality early learning setting; preferably NAEYC accredited.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Child Development; Early Childhood Education or closely related field.
• Knowledge and experience working with High/Scope, Project Based Learning or Reggio Inspired curriculum.
• Prior experience working in a Campus-based Early Childhood Laboratory setting.
• Experience working in an inclusive and diverse educational setting.
• College coursework or training in Infant Toddler Development.
