The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Director and South Carolina Child Care Resource & Referral (SC CCR&R) employees. Responsibilities include coordinating and processing travel, managing supplies orders, submitting print orders, tracking and maintaining inventory, electronic and paper filing, and reserving space for meetings and other events.
Travel: Coordinate and process essential travel, including maintaining and submitting documentation for state fleet vehicles and travel reimbursements. Communicate with SC CCR&R Managers, Outreach Specialists, and Business Managers to make arrangements (registration, flights, lodging, etc.) for SC CCR&R employees to attend conferences and events.
Supplies and Printing: Coordinate supply orders and distribution to statewide employees. Submit print orders as needed. Track and maintain supplies, equipment, and materials inventory. Support team members in management and inventory of supplies and items needed for events, conferences, and trainings.
Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including electronic and paper filing and maintenance, printing, scanning, copying, reserving space for meetings and other events, taking notes during meetings, assisting with report submission, managing team calendar, etc. Perform other administrative duties as assigned in support of SC CCR&R.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree, or high school diploma and 4 years work experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or equivalency.
