Léman Manhattan Preparatory School seeks an Associate teacher for the 2022-2023 school year. The ideal candidate has an excellent understanding of child development and the standards for the grade across all subject areas. A working knowledge of the Teachers College Reading and Writing Workshop is expected and an understanding of the Responsive Classroom approach is preferred. Is a collaborative team player and is able to demonstrate flexibility in a classroom setting. Candidates should have at least three years of classroom teaching. A Master's degree in elementary education and experience as a head teacher is preferred.
