Hackensack Meridian Healthis seeking a BC, Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician for the Institute for Child Development at the JMS Children’s Hospital at Hackensack University Medical Center. The ‘ideal’ candidate for a leadership position will have at least 5 years’ experience preferable in a leadership role however, all fellowship trained candidates will be considered. Located in New Jersey just 8 miles west of Manhattan the area offers excellent schools and easy access to New York City. Opportunity Information
Employed clinical and leadership position working cooperatively with Section Chief
Perform staff physician providing diagnostic and treatment services for pediatric population
Supervise staff physicians within ICD
Oversees clinical rotations of medical students and residents along with facilitating educational opportunities for other clinical personnel within ICD
Develop and implement short and long range plans for developmental and behavioral pediatrics and the Institute for Child Development
Eligibility for faculty appointment at the New Seton Hall-Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine
Collaborate with Section Chief in the development of grant proposals and monitor the same
Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative team
