Position Summary: The Community Leadership Center seeks Assistant Director. This position focuses on three main areas: (1) support for the research and dissemination function of the CLC; (2) develops protocols for data collection and evaluation for all programs under the CLC; (3) participate in the development of grant proposals; and (4) support in a leading role, the development and execution of special academic projects, collaborations with campus faculty around research, conferences, university partnerships and joint ventures. Successful candidates will thrive on open collaboration and intellectual curiosity, will operate both independently and with a team, and will have a flexible approach to challenges in a f
