Red Bridge does not group students by grade level, but by Autonomy Level. Each Autonomy Level spans about three years of age difference. This position is for Autonomy Level I, which generally includes 5- to 7-year-olds. You will work with up to twelve students at a time and collaborate closely with the other Autonomy Level 1 Learning Guide. Responsibilities include small group instruction in core subject areas (communication, computation, observation and critical thinking/world studies), SEL lessons, work habit instruction, and project design. Responsibilities also include student supervision, parent communication, student assessment and feedback. This role could be for a lead teacher position or a co-teacher position. Either way, you will work closely with other Red Bridge team members
