Overview:  Encompass Community Services is seeking a hands-on, results-oriented leader with director- or assistant-director-level experience leading a Head Start organization to become our new Director of Head Start/Early Head Start. Encompass is the largest provider of early care in Santa Cruz County. This position is an outstanding opportunity to play a vital role in advancing equitable access to high quality, culturally appropriate early education, childcare and supportive services to hundreds of children and families across Santa Cruz County.
