Function/Duties of PositionThe Clinical Research Assistant 2 (CRA2) will primarily work as a "School Readiness Coach" to directly support Latino parents with preschool aged children attending [Hillsboro Pediatrics or OHSU Bethany] for primary care. The coach will be an integrated member of the primary care team working directly with families of 3-5 year olds to promote school readiness in a strengths-based approach. They will also oversee evaluation of the program. They will engage with research team to collect and analyze research data, Define and maintain proper HIPPA guidelines for study participants, The employee will also collect data on the enrollees to be utilized in human participant's research.
