The Baldwin School is seeking a temporary leave replacement for a School Counselor in our Lower School, anticipated from September 2022 - January 2023. The Lower School Counselor reports to the Director of Lower School and provides a robust, student-centered Lower School counseling program that supports the social and emotional well-being and development of all students in grades Pre-K to 5. The Lower School Counselor provides short-term individual and small group counseling and teaches school counseling lessons, which focus on social-emotional learning. The Lower School Counselor works in partnership with Lower School faculty and families to support students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development and needs at school.
