Description: The Budget Manager is primarily responsible for the operation and management of the Aggie Academy Lab School budget by developing budgets, and informing relevant personnel of account status, expenditures, and cost-effective alternatives and facilitating coordination of staffing needs, submission of payroll changes for faculty and staff. The Budget Manager reviews and approves accounts payable, monitors expenses to ensure appropriate expense allocation to appropriate accounts and compliance with University and local school system guidelines.
