This job leads the development, implementation, and management of the organization’s strategy around the multi-disciplinary child development centers in regional markets. Integrates and collaborates with multiple disciplines and programs to implement best practices across the system and ensures optimal patient experience and quality outcomes. Also, oversees day-to-day operations and has overall accountability for the Boh Center clinics for child development in each region. This role will be responsible for multi-site programming and operations where we diagnose and treat a variety of development and behavior disorders, including: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delays, Feeding Disorders, High-risk Neonates
