A successful candidate will have: A commitment to the development and recruitment of student-athletes for mission-driven organizations, ideally in K12 school environments; experience navigating the DI and DIII recruitment process for multiple sports, demonstrated success in managing an athletics program with a minimum of five years at the senior level; a high level of integrity, drive, vision, communication, and collaboration skills; experience providing media interviews and building trust-based relationships with colleagues and stakeholders; strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred).
