Join the growing, compassionate team at the nationally recognized Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.  We are seeking a board certified/board eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to fill an opening for an outpatient clinician and full-time clinical track Assistant or Associate Professor position with the Indiana University School of Medicine. 

Providing diagnosis and treatment for children of all ages, the psychiatry and psychology specialists at Riley at IU Health partner with children and families to evaluate the circumstances and develop a treatment plan to address each child's mental health needs.  Our expert team includes child and adolescent psychiatrists, clinical child psychologists and psychiatric social workers.  Focusing on advanced, evidence-based evaluations and treatments, Riley psychiatric specialists provide expert care for psychiatric diagnoses and behavior problems.  These evaluations and treatments include diagnostic evaluation, psychological testing, individual psychotherapy, family therapy and behavior modification, and pharmacotherapy.  

Key  Responsibilities:

• Faculty appointment includes supervision and teaching of medical students, interns and residents
• Evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders in children, adolescents and adults
• Collaboration with treatment teams and serve as collaborating physicians for NPs
• Participation in department committees

Position Details:

• Work/life balance supported by standard Monday - Friday outpatient schedule
• Shared call coverage among team of providers (10-15 nights/weekends annually) and additional pay per night call
• 90% child and adolescent patients / 10% adult patients
• Opportunity to work at any of the three suburban locations: Saxony (Fishers), East Washington (East Indy), South Meridian (Greenwood)

Compensation Details:

• Income guaranteed salary for first two years, then switch to productivity model in third year
