Under the general supervision of the Program Manager for the Mix EC: Multi-Systems Inclusion Expansion for Early Childhood project, the Training and Development Director I provides training and technical assistance in the implementation of a statewide system to support inclusion in early childhood settings for the College of Education Child Development Research Center. The focus of the role is to promote inclusion in family child care home settings and provide specialized assistance related to supporting providers to include children with multiple and severe disabilities. This position will require frequent travel throughout the state and the delivery of services outside of typical business hours (evenings, weekends). This position is home-based.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree and 2 years training and development experience, or bachelor's degree and 4 years training and development experience.
