Summary: The Director of Child Care oversees an efficient and well-organized child care facility (Little Friends Early Learning Center) for administration, faculty, parents and students, and maintains a relaxed, caring, safe, joyful program grounded in Quaker values. The Director collaborates with the School's Pre-Primary Division to provide a developmentally-appropriate program (emergent curriculum) that ensures student readiness to proceed to the next level of their educations, and that incorporates the latest research in education and child-development.
